  • How soon will items be shipped after completing an order?
    We ship most orders as fast as two business days if submitted before 2pm EST Monday - Friday. However,some orders may take up to 5 business days to process before shipping. Once you receive your tracking number please allow 48-72 business hours for USPS to update their tracking information in the system.
  • Where should I return my order?
    An email will be sent to you providing the address the order should be returned to.
  • How do I track my package?
    Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder.
  • What Payment Methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit card companies (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) when processing payment.
  • How fast will my refund be processed?
    Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received. Mommas Sayings is not liable for any return package that may get lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns and contact your shipping carrier in the event this happens. When your return gets back to Mommas Sayings , a return associate will ensure all item(s) have been received and send an email confirming it has been received. Please note: In the event of a discrepancy with any item returned we reserve the right to deny a credit or exchange. In the event this is the case, we will contact you first to discuss the situation since we value our customers and aim to give everyone nothing less than a Five Star experience with us .
  • How do I change or cancel my order?
    We know you want you order quickly so we work efficiently to process your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to edit, apply discounts, or cancel an order once it is completed.
  • Will I be refunded the shipping for an order returned?
    Unfortunately not, shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Do you ship to Apo addresses?
    ​ Please note that we are unable to ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses. ​ ​ ​

  • How will I receive my refund?
    All returns will be refunded via store credit and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned item(s). Items must be sent back within14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
  • Where do you ship from?
    New Jersey.
  • Why was my order canceled?
    It is very rare that your order will be cancelled. However if you do receive notification of your order being cancelled, it may be one of the reasons below: ​ Item is no longer in stock. Item ordered does not have an anticipated restock date. The billing and shipping addresses on your order does not match and you’ve either failed to provide verification or your documents for verification have not been approved. If your order has been cancelled and refunded, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your banking statement.
  • How soon after an order is returned to the seller will the refund/situation be resolved?
    Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our Distribution Location. Depending on the shipping method and carrier that was selected to return the package. It may take several days to reach us. Please hold on to your return tracking number for your records until the situation is resolved.
